oh yeah!
~!~ is it okay to have coffee and tea?
i’ve never heard of Fat Loss 4 Idiots, but there’s an offshoot of Weight Watchers called The Wendie Plan that has the same concept for staggering calories. and yes, you CAN eat whatever you want as long as you stay in your limit. but think about it…one Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger at Jack in the Box is 28 WW points, which is roughly 1400 calories. that’s not factoring in the fat either. that’s almost your day 1 and 2 limit, and over your day 3 limit. thankfully, you’re making healthy choices.
if you’re on vacation…dude, it’s vacation! no problem! it’s not like you’re using it as an excuse to get an Awesome Blossom, are you? don’t worry about it. people who are perfectly on the WW plan and don’t exercise at all still lose weight. even if you don’t after vacation…it’s vacation. no biggie.
and yes, it’s okay to have BLACK coffee and UNSWEETENED tea. obviously, adding creamers and sugars to those add calories, and as long as it fits in your plan, cool. otherwise, stick with black and unsweetened, those have 0 calories(some teas have 5…wooo…). just make sure you drink extra water, because caffeine will leech the water out of you.
